Director of Regulatory Affairs

Ms. Fay serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Gravity Renewables, Inc.  Ms. Fay oversees Gravity’s regulatory program for our fleet of projects.

Prior to joining Gravity Renewables, Ms. Fay served as a Project Manager at the Alden Research Laboratory, Inc where she was the project engineer and manager for a variety of hydropower related projects including fish passage and protection systems, new turbine technology development, DOE sponsored R&D and various types of hydraulic analysis. Ms. Fay has experience with dam safety including H&H analysis, inspections, Part 12 inspection, and dam break analysis.
