Senior Director of Markets

Jonathan manages energy market strategy and trading as well as business development analysis for Gravity.  He is responsible for directing the company’s short and long-term commodities trading to achieve maximum value while mitigating risks.  He brings more than a decade of experience interacting with energy markets and policy.  Before joining Gravity Renewables he worked at the Colorado Energy Office as a policy analyst advising on electric sector related policies in Colorado. Prior to his work in the policy sector, Jonathan worked as an Associate of Business Development at NexGen Energy, an owner/operator of distributed commercial scale wind and solar projects.  Throughout his career he has initiated and implemented state level energy policies, electric sector modeling and forecasting, financial analysis, community development and marketing strategies.  He holds a Masters in Business Administration with a sustainability focus and a Masters of Environmental Science with a focus on Energy from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
