Chief Financial Officer

Kathy serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Gravity Renewables, Inc. Kathy oversees all of Gravity’s financial and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Gravity Renewables, Kathy served as the CFO to venture capital backed start-ups in the SaaS/technology, medical device and consumer products industries including Kapost, Flashback Technologies, and Useful Systems, Inc. Prior to this, Kathy was a Partner in the Chicago office of Ernst and Young’s Transaction Support Practice. In that role, she served New York and Chicago based private equity clients during the acquisition process including due diligence, price negotiations and transaction structuring on over 100 different transactions. Kathy’s experience at Ernst and Young also included seven years in the audit practice where she served a variety of consumer products, retail, hospitality, manufacturing and business services clients including SEC reporting and IPO work.

Kathy received her BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.
